Cloud-powered services, conveniently delivered. SKYWARD Technology Solutions, Inc. brings this promise closer to reality through its newly signed Strategic Partnership Agreement with Cloud Bridge and Amazon Web Services (AWS), formalized on August 6, 2026, at the AWS Manila Corporate Office.

The alliance brings together AWS's Landing Zone framework, Cloud Bridge's FinOps solution, and AI-powered Optical Character Recognition (AI-OCR) to strengthen SKYWARD's cloud infrastructure, optimize operational costs, and accelerate document processing capabilities.

This partnership further enhances the eDeliverMo-CMDDTS platform, which supports several public-service initiatives: the DFA Apostille and Online Passport Delivery programs, in partnership with the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative; the delivery of Professional Identification Cards for the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC); and the LTO OFW Driver's License Renewal initiative, enabling delivery of renewed licenses to Filipinos worldwide. The initiative also extends to digital transformation projects with other government institutions and state universities.

The agreement was signed by Rex D. Latuño, President and CEO of SKYWARD; Jovito L. Salonga, Executive Vice President and CTO of SKYWARD; Theo Noel, Regional Director of Cloud Bridge–APAC; and Michelle Gutierrez, AWS Philippines Cross-Industries Leader.
